– The South Florida Fair in West Palm Beach, FL has chosen Saffire as its new ticketing partner for both the fair and its year-round operations. The two industry-leading organizations are partnering to help customers seamlessly purchase tickets to the fair and other events throughout the year, through a completely branded online experience and onsite at the box office. Recently, the South Florida Mini Fair became one of the first events in the country to use the SaffireTix contactless box office system, eliminating points of physical contact in the onsite purchase process.
Working together on innovative projects is not new for the two organizations—Saffire launched the South Florida Fair’s website in 2014. Now, with a Saffire website already in place, the South Florida Fair can offer completely integrated advance online ticket sales, where customers do not have to leave the fair website to make a purchase. Saffire is leading the industry by providing the only fully integrated software for both online services.
