Clay County Fair More Than Doubles Their Online Revenue

Clay County Fair More Than Doubles Their Online Revenue with SaffireTix and Noise New Media

AUSTIN, Texas - May 5, 2021 - For 35 years, the Clay County Fair has been a favorite springtime event for thousands of people in Green Cove Springs, FL. The fair welcomes nearly 150,000 attendees each year to enjoy all the food, entertainment, agriculture and educational opportunities the 11-day event has to offer.

Clay County Fair partnered with Saffire in 2019 to integrate their existing Saffire website with SaffireTix ticketing, to make it easy for fairgoers to purchase tickets from any device, directly from their website. With this seamless purchasing process in place, Clay County Fair leveraged Saffire’s partnership with Noise New Media and invested in their sales-focused digital marketing program to capture new customers along with traditional fans and lead them directly to the point of checkout.

“After having to cancel our 2020 fair due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we knew we needed fresh momentum for this year’s fair to get the word out and get people excited,” says General Manager Tasha Hyder. “Saffire and Noise New Media did that and more - our online sales boomed; several of our concerts were sold out before the fair even started. We are so impressed by the ROI generated from this program and partnership.”

The results from the 2021 Clay County Fair were record-breaking. The fair saw a 118% increase in online ticket sales and a 46% increase in online revenue over the numbers from 2019. To the teams at Saffire and Noise New Media, these results are encouraging, but not surprising. Noise New Media has over 13 years of experience working with some of the largest live events in the world including RODEOHOUSTON®, The Big E, the Indiana State Fair, the Wisconsin State Fair and many more. "Through this partnership with Saffire, we've been able to bring the digital ad strategies that we've developed to fairs and events of all sizes," says Noise Co-Founder, Steve Richo.

The partnership between Clay County Fair, Saffire and Noise New Media has led to raging success and the organizations’ team-like mentality is committed to breaking attendance and revenue records for years to come.
