AUSTIN, Texas – June 16, 2020 – The Tulsa State Fair, the City’s largest event, has chosen Saffire as its new ticketing partner. The two industry-leading organizations are partnering to help customers seamlessly purchase tickets to the fair and other events throughout the year, through a completely branded online experience and onsite at the box office.
Working together on innovative projects is not new for the two organizations—Saffire launched the Tulsa State Fair’s website in 2018. With a Saffire website in place, the Tulsa State Fair can offer completely integrated online ticket sales, where customers do not have to leave the fair website to make a purchase. Saffire is leading the industry by providing the only fully integrated software for both online services.
“Our organization is enthused to partner with SaffireTix and have the opportunity to elevate the purchasing experience through technology,” stated Amanda Blair, COO at the Tulsa State Fair. “We aggressively seek ways to improve customer service, and are confident by choosing Saffire, we will align with this goal and provide an improved product.”
In addition to complete ticketing and website integration, the Tulsa State Fair also gains access to Saffire’s robust ticketing features including self-managed box office tools and innovative contactless onsite selling equipment. Saffire continues to develop and improve their nimble offering as the climate of the fair industry changes, coupled with feedback collected from clients actively using the software on a daily basis.
“Partnering with a world-class event like the Tulsa State Fair is so exciting for us at Saffire. We are always eager to work with organizations that strive for innovation and want to offer new and better experiences for their customers. We look forward to this partnership, knowing it will fuel more innovation in the fair ticketing industry,” said Saffire President, Aaron Pederson.
The two organizations are already working together to put tickets on sale for upcoming events, including this year’s fair, October 1-11, 2020.
