SMG Selects Saffire as Preferred Website Provider, Unveils SMG SmartSite™ Offering

West Conshohocken, PA – SMG announces Saffire as the new preferred website provider for the venues it manages. Saffire will launch SMG SmartSite™, giving SMG venues beautiful, interactive websites, with integrating ticketing and unlimited support when they need it.

“SMG provides a wide array of operations, sales and marketing services to its venues, and providing a revenue-enhancing website at a great value will be an important offering for our venues,” said Wes Westley, SMG’s President and CEO.

Saffire websites will offer enticing buying options to venue customers throughout the websites, as well as great opportunities to promote venue partners and facility rentals. They will also promote other venue services like integrated online ticketing, food and beverage and helping venues market complete experiences for their customers.

Another key component of Saffire is its award-winning Spark content management system, making it easy to have complete control over website content, navigation, homepage features and more. Further, venues will be able to schedule web content including homepage features, site-wide messages, events, event tickets and more. Event ticket sales can also include website countdowns to on-sale, which helps increase excitement for events.

“This program will make it easy for our venues to have an effective virtual front door in the form of their SMG SmartSite website. It will come pre-populated with editable, best-practice content from SMG about things like accessibility, food and beverage, and more,” said Westley.

We also provide Saffire U, an 8-10 week launch training process, breaking up website creation into manageable parts. And finally, we provide ongoing webinars, newsletters, “town hall” client calls and more to help our clients be more successful online,” said Wright.
