Social Media Advertising: Is it Worth the Money? Presented by Jodi Buresh, CFE, Director of Partnerships

If that’s something you are confused about, we will explore the different options to Social Media Advertising and the risks and benefits of placing ads, boosting posts or riding the wave. We’ll give specific examples of what has worked and how much was spent to help you better determine what’s the best route for your event.

Jodi Buresh, CFE, joined the Saffire team in early 2016 as a Director of Partnerships and is committed to helping events, venues and destinations with websites and ticketing in a simple integrated platform. Today, the Saffire team serves hundreds of clients nationwide.

Jodi is a creative and successful strategic marketer. Her prior positions have given her a wide range of experience in the event and destination markets. She has held positions as the University Scheduling Coordinator and Campus Conference Coordinator for North Dakota State University; the Center Director of the North Dakota State University Alumni Center; Special Events Coordinator for the Fargo Moorhead Chamber of Commerce; Assistant General Manager for the Red River Valley Fair Association and the Big Iron Farm Show; and was President of the Red River Area Attractions Association for over 3 years.

Buresh has a Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management from North Dakota State University (Go Bison!), is a graduate of the International Association of Fairs and Expositions Institute of Fair Management and received her Certified Fair Executive recognition in 2015. Jodi lives in West Fargo, North Dakota with her husband Bob and two sons, Carson and Connor.
