The Miss Rodeo America organization and pageant competition exists for the purpose of selecting a young lady to serve as an official spokesperson for the sport of professional rodeo and providing educational opportunities for those young women who compete in the pageant.

We are very excited to be partnering with the Clay County Agricultural Fair! This joyful event is sure to put a smile on many faces next Spring!
Since 1987, the Clay County Agricultural Fair has provided Clay County and Northeast Florida with an event that’s both fun and educational, all in a family atmosphere. In fact, the Fair Vision says it all “A Family A*Fair”. The Fair strives to be the showcase for Clay County’s agricultural, educational, civic and commercial interests. It provides an opportunity for citizens to work and have fun together. Volunteers are the lifeblood of the fair. Their dedicated support of sharing time and talents is vital to the fair’s success.
We can’t wait to roll out our new web design soon! Best of luck, Clay County!
We at Saffire are very happy to partner with Waxahachie CVB! Fun fact: Waxahachie has been a filming location for over thirty motion pictures and 3 Academy Award films making it the “Movie Capital of Texas”!
The charm of the historic homes and buildings brings thousands of visitors to Waxahachie each year. While here, visitors enjoy numerous unique shopping opportunities, including antiques, specialty shops and boutiques. Just a short drive from the Metroplex, Waxahachie also has a number of festivals and events throughout the year for residents and visitors to enjoy. Each summer, the city’s historic streets are lined with hundreds of beautiful pink crape myrtles in full bloom.

The Saffire Team has known the team at the Northern Wisconsin State Fair for a few years now thanks to both team’s involvement in IAFE.
Something everyone should know about this Fair is that it is located in Chippewa Falls, WI — and Leinenkugels is brewed in Chippewa Falls! The Leinenkugel family has been a big supporter of this fair and many areas of the fairgrounds are even named after the family and brewery I think a toast of Summer Shandy might be in order!
The fair is held every July and has been growing in attendance every year! The fair reported a record-breaking attendance of 84,720 last year. With all of the great events lined up every year, expect this awesome event to grow even more!

We want to share some best practices for creating a homepage that is enticing, informative and inspires your customers to click a little further into your website and decide to purchase. Destination Dripping Springs is currently promoting their big September event Dripping with Taste, and we think their use of titles, photography and secondary features on their homepage intrigues you without completely throwing ALL the information in your face at once.
1. The Homepage Countdown is the best tool to clearly post the upcoming event dates and name on your homepage. Similarly, using the (1a.) Main Homepage Feature Title is another great resource for prominently displaying your event names, but don’t rely on the feature titles to do all of the work for you. Keep them clear and short so the interested customer can confidently click deeper into your website.
2. Use your secondary feature to promote your smaller community events. Have a recurring monthly farmers market or mini art festival? Keep these events posted in the same place on your homepage all season long, in your secondary feature, so website visitors understand it is a consistently up-to-date reminder of upcoming events they should routinely check out. Again, be brief with your content. You want the title and image to be enticing enough to get visitors to click (this will always help reduce your bounce rate)!
3. PHOTOGRAPHY is really where you’re going to draw customers into your site. Be aware of the amount of text you add to your main feature images, as you don’t want it to be difficult to read. Keep it simple, but be inviting! We recommend using stock photography if necessary, especially if a more generic crowd shot can better convey your message over some of your own photography.
If you’re struggling with using your homepage features and need a refresher, check out Week 5 of Saffire U in Spark. If you need a little bit of team brainstorming, reach out to us at email@example.com so we can help make your homepage work for you and tell that story!
