The Saffire team had the opportunity to spend some quality time with the folks from the Cuero Turkeyfest at the Texas Events Summit this past January, and we knew it was a match made in heaven from the get go. A storied past including dueling rights to the title, “Turkey Capitol of the World,” that can only be settled with an annual Great Gobbler Gallop (a.k.a. turkey race) with a sister city in Minnesota, was all we needed to hear.
